Women’s Wellbeing Programme – We Want to Hear From You!
County Durham Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services are in the process of developing a new six‑week wellbeing programme for women and are seeking feedback to help inform its design.
The proposed programme aims to provide a safe, supportive environment for women who may be experiencing difficulties related to drugs or alcohol. It will offer opportunities to connect with others who may have shared or similar experiences and promoting peer support.
Over the course of six weeks, participants would take part in a range of workshops and activities focused on developing practical life skills, building confidence, and enhancing both mental and physical wellbeing. The programme will also support and encourage participants to consider engaging with County Durham Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services for additional help with substance use.
If you feel this programme may be of interest, we would welcome your involvement in shaping it by completing the short survey below. The insights gathered will play an important role in ensuring the programme meets the needs of women accessing our services.
All responses will be treated as confidential and will be carefully considered as part of the programme’s development.
