Hospital Outreach, Prevention and Engagement (HOPE)

How we can help

We’re here to be the first point of contact for adults who have drug and alcohol use issues, as well as helping to establish and strengthen community partnerships. We work alongside people to support them throughout their treatment, proactively engaging, encouraging, and supporting our them on their journey to recovery.

This is a confidential service for adults over 18 who have identified issues with stimulant and/or alcohol use. We are a countywide service operating in treatment centres, GP surgeries, hospitals, JCP and other community-based facilities. For referrals, please email cddars.hope@waythrough.org.uk
